Tennessee’s four largest cities all ranked in the bottom third of a list compiled by the online website WalletHub.com analyzing how efficiently cities are run.
Called “2017’s Best- and Worst-Run Cities,” the list, published Monday, ranked 150 of the largest cities in the nation.
The study compared the quality of services residents receive against a city’s total budget. Cities were compared across six categories: financial stability, education, health, safety, economy, and infrastructure and pollution.
Nashville ranked 112 on the list in overall rankings, and Knoxville ranked 127. Almost at the bottom were Memphis, at 141, and Chattanooga, falling just below Memphis at 142. No other Tennessee cities were included.
All four cities are run by Democrats: Mayor Megan Barry in Nashville, Mayor Madeline Rogero in Knoxville, Mayor Andy Berke in Chattanooga, and Mayor Jim Strickland in Memphis.
However, in a breakdown of results, Knoxville got an approving nod for its three-way tie for third for having the highest quality of roads. On the negative side, Memphis had the fourth-highest violent crime rate.
The highest-ranking cities, from first through fifth, were Nampa, Idaho; Provo, Utah; Boise, Idaho; Missoula, Montana, and Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky.
I JUST THINK THE LADY IN NASHVILLE LIKE TO SPEND MONEY, BUILDING HOTELS AN RESTAURANT BUT YET SHE DOING NOTHING TO HELP THE LOWER CLASS NEIGHBORS OR SCHOOLS OR TRY TO CLEAN UP THE GANGS OR MURDERS ANY CRIME SO NO WONDER NASHVILLE IS GIONG TO HELL
All of these cities have Democrats as mayors for over 20 years. Anyone surprised?

Madelline Rogero, mayor-ette of Knoxville, is a “sanctuary city” liberal Democrat. As such, she needs to be tarred and feathered, and carried out of town on a rail and pitched over into the next county. In my humble opinion, of course. That city is getting lousy with Third World peasants and I avoid it any time I can.
What is amazing is that the public continues to miss significant corrupt actions by Officials such as Mayor Andy Berk of Chattanooga. Mayor Berk while a State Senator in the Tennessee Senate was a handpicked member of the Election Fraud Protest of the 15th. State Senatorial District Election of 2010. He along now with indicted former Senator Joe Haynes of Nashville, engaged in obstructing Critical Evidence from being presented to the Senate Panel where clear Voting Machine Tampering was verified. Then with the scandal in Chattanooga with Berk wand his extramarital activities with a staff member goes to his Integrity and Character. When will the Public Wise Up and Stop Electing such Disreputable People to positions of Power.
One thing this article really seemed to do was hammer the fact a Democrat is in control of those 4 Tennessee cities like any city with a Democrat in control is bad. Well here are the Top 6 cities in that list nationwide. Seems Democrats are not all bad:
